On Monday 4th April, 55 Year 6s welcomed the opportunity of a 3 day residential to Skern Lodge in North Devon. They took on a range of challenges that saw them surfing in the Atlantic Ocean and conquering any fears of heights as they scaled the high ropes, abseiled down and for the very brave- a leap of faith! They enjoyed an evening by the campfire and a much anticipated disco and shop night!
They all learned new skills including team work, self-confidence and the rewards of pushing themselves out of their comfort zone – Well Done Year 6 you were amazing and your teachers are very proud of you (if also a little tired!)
