School Council meeting minutes
27 th January 2025

In attendance Mrs Hollis and Mrs Wills. All school councillors
1. Wear Red to show love for other children fundraiser Mrs Hollis talked
about the information from the hospital and showed pictures of the
equipment that will be purchased from our fund raising.
Each member of the school Council will facilitate making a poster to
display in their classroom and around the school.
Everyone agreed it was a good cause to support and would encourage
their class to get involved on February 14 th
2. New Head Teacher.
The children talked positively about their involvement in this process
and are looking forward to Mrs O’Dwyer joining our school.
3. Suggestions from the School Council
 Improve the slope at the front gate, to make it wider and less
muddy.
 Repair the field (Even it out) add football markings and some more
equipment for example built in trampolines.
 Ball court day for girls.
 Golf club
 Performing Arts club
