Y1 Matisse Collage 23.2.24

Year 1 have been exploring and experimenting with collage techniques. We have tried paper, cut outs and mixed media collages. Matisse was used as our inspiration for the use of cut outs collage. We worked in groups to produce a whole class mixed media collage and then applied these techniques to a final individual piece linked to our geography learning about hot and cold climates.
