Poppies for Remembrance in Year 6 6.11.20

Year 6 have made their own collaged poppies to display in their windows at home and will be completing the two minute silence on their doorsteps on Sunday for Remembrance Sunday, like others across the country. They have also collaborated to create poppies to display in the school, representing the four different coloured poppies they have learnt about - the traditional red, purple to remember animals who have lost their lives in war, black for soldiers from Africa and the Caribbean and white for peace.
